Dresspilot is a service to provide you with recommendations for managing your wardrobe and shopping for new clothes and to find users with similar attributes to yourself who you can use for inspiration. Dresspilot does not guarantee that we will be able to provide you with adequate recommendations based on tests taken on Dresspilot but will try to provide the best possible experience for you. For recommendations, Dresspilot may be paid a commission by the store. Dresspilot does not set the prices for any items and the desired items may be found at better prices elsewhere.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
You will be required to create an account and login to use the service.
You are required to only use photos and other data that you upload into the service which you are the owner of.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, inactivity, or fraudulent activity.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post (photos, text, styles, outfits, etc.).
By posting, you grant Dresspilot a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
Do not post unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

3. Paid Services & Subscriptions

Some features may require payment (subscriptions, one-time purchases).
Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
Refunds are handled according to the platform where you purchased (Apple App Store, Google Play, or direct).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or misuse others' personal data.
Interfere with our systems (e.g., spamming, hacking, uploading malware).
Share your account or sell access to it.
Do anything illegal.
Post vile content including content containing pornography, bullying, spam, other harassment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dresspilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in the last 12 months or (b) SEK 1000.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Swedish law applies in case of conflict, resolved in Swedish courts.
For U.S. users: disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not class actions.
For other regions: disputes may be resolved by courts with appropriate jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
